<aside> 🏥 Note: by creating an account with Brellium, you accept Brellium’s terms of service which include a BAA by default to all customers. So, there is no separate BAA to sign with Brellium.

What you need to do before we meet:

  1. Schedule your implementation meeting with the above link.
  2. Send a list of the teammates’ emails you’d like to have access to Brellium to olin@brellium.com
    1. FYI—you can add unlimited teammates at no additional cost
  3. Log into your Brellium portal and update your questions + question sets in QuestionStudio.
    1. If you want to add additional templates (ex template 1 = 97153 vs template 2 = 97155) now is the time to do it!
      1. Upload 2+ charts to Brellium that correspond to the new question sets. This helps our engineering team customize your sets to your new charts.
        1. Here’s support documentation on how to upload questions
    2. Rephrase your questions so an answer of “Yes” = Pass, and “No” = “Fail”
    3. If this is overwhelming, no worries! Email support@brellium.com at any time, or wait until your implementation meeting and we’ll help out!
  4. If integrating Brellium to pull session notes directly from your EHR, give staff account access with all permissions enabled to yourclinic@brellium.com then send the default login username & password information to audits@brellium.com
    1. Example: if you work at ABC Clinic, give account access to audits@abcclinic.com, then send an email with username & password to audits@brellium.com
