Implementing Brellium takes ~10 hours of your team’s time to go from contract signing —> production. Our engineering team handles the heavy lifting and walks side-by-side with you throughout the process.

1. Contract Signing
   • Contract signed.

Phase 2: System Configuration and Testing

Duration: 16 days (if it is our first time supporting your EMR/PMS, go-live is extended for 4-6 weeks)

1. Customization Meeting (Day 1)

   Brellium - Implementation Meeting

   • Your operations team and Brellium’s engineering team meet to line-by-line through your session notes and question sets.
   • Ensure screening, reporting, and workflow built to your specifications.

2. Data Integration (Days 2-14)

   • Integrate Brellium with your EMR.
     • Handled by Brellium’s engineering team.
     • Note: if Brellium already integrates with your EHR, this does not need to be done
   • Ensure data security and compliance.
   • Ensure criteria are being enforced accurately on a large sample of audits (no charge)

3. Customization (Day 15)

   • Configure user roles and permissions.
   • Deliver training materials and conduct an hour-long training session for clinical staff.

4. Testing and Quality Assurance (Day 16)

   • Turn on Brellium and analyze the past week’s session notes to identify and address any issues or bugs.
   • Develop a go-live plan that includes a communication strategy and support mechanisms for users.
